摘  要:为了对来自贵州草海国家级自然保护区的鸭头残体进行界定,试验利用鸟羽、鸟喙、鸟爪等相关特点,结合获取细胞色素C氧化酶亚单位Ⅰ(COⅠ)基因的BLAST结果,选择相似度高的序列,构建了基于COⅠ部分序列的鸭属鸟类的系统发育树。结果表明:在形态学上,此鸭头与绿翅鸭最接近;分子系统进化树中显示,此鸭头为新种或新亚种,未与绿翅鸭聚为一支,需要通过获取草海绿翅鸭的COⅠ基因进行进一步确认。死亡鸟类是非常宝贵的资源,通过对死亡鸟类利用价值的讨论,引起业界人士对野生死亡动物的关注,进而可以对其进行妥善的处理和利用。提示在未来的野生动物保护与管理中,应注重基因组测序技术、分子疾病诊断技术等先进的分子生物学技术的应用。The aim of the present study was toidentify the remainsof duck head from the Caohai National Nature Reserve of Guizhou Province. Based on the characteristics of bird feather, beak and claw, combined with the BLAST results of cytoehrome C oxidase subunit I ( CO I ) gene, a phylogenetic tree based on CO I partial sequences was constructed by selecting highly similar sequences.The results showed that the head of the duck was similar to that of Anascreccacrecca in morphology.The molecular phylogenetic tree showed that the duck head was a new species or a new subspecies, and did not group together with Anascreccacrecca. So it was necessary to obtain the CO I gene of Anascreccacrecca for further identification.Dead birds are a very valuable resource. Through the discussion on the utilization value of dead birds, it can attract the attention of insider to wild dead animals, and then it can be properly treated and utilized.This study suggests thai should pay attention to the ap- plication of genome and molecular diagnosis technology in the protection and management of wild animals in the future, such as genome sequen- cing and molecular disease diagnosis.
