摘 要:为了对动物源性食品中的呋喃唑酮进行快速、有效的检测,试验对检测呋喃唑酮残留的三种免疫学快速检测方法,即化学发光免疫分析法(CLEIA法)、酶联免疫分析法(ELISA法)、胶体金免疫层析法(ICA法)在检测限、检测时间等方面进行综合比较。结果表明:CLEIA法、ELISA法、ICA法对呋喃唑酮代谢物(AOZ)的检测限分别为0.01μg/L、0.02μg/L、50 ng/L,CLEIA法和ELISA法添加回收试验的变异系数范围分别为小于15.0%和小于8.0%。说明三种免疫学检测方法在不同的应用环境各具优势,CLEIA法检测灵敏度高,适用于实验室痕量残留检测;ELISA法灵敏度满足限量残留检测,适用于实验室一般项目的快速检测;ICA法所用胶体金试纸条价格低廉,操作简便,无需任何仪器,适用于野外大批量样本的阳性筛选。In order to detect furazolidone in animal-derived food the detection limit, accuracy and detection time of three immunological methods containing chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLEIA), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and colloidal gold immunochromatogra- phy (ICA) for detecting furazolidone residues were compared. The three methods were chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLEIA), enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and colloidal gold immunochromatography (ICA).The results showed that the detection limits of CLEIA, ELISA and ICA were 0. 01 tzg/L, 0. 02 fl.g/L and 50 ng/L, respectively. The coefficient of variation for CLEIA and ELISA was less than 15.0% and less than 8.0%, respectively. The results indicated that the three immunological methods possessed their own advantages in different cases.The CLEIA was a sensitive method, which was suitable for detection of trace residue in laboratory.The sensitivity of ELISA method could meet the request of limited residue detection, which was suitable for general rapid detection. The colloidal gold strip used in ICA method was cheap, easy to operate, and didn't need any instrument. It was suitable for the positive screening of a large number of samples in the field.
