摘　　要：目的探讨为气垫床交替手动充气在显微神经外科手术患者的压疮预防中的有效性。方法2017年1—6月，采用便利抽样方法，选取显微神经外科手术患者86例为研究对象，根据随机数字表分为对照组（n=43）和试验组（n=43）。两组患者均使用充气式气垫，进行压疮预防与护理常规操作。对照组充气后关闭气垫床的交替充气功能，使气垫始终维持适当压力；试验组除常规护理措施之外，选择合适的时机，每次为气垫床手动交替充气至适当压力。护士经过相关培训和学习后，进行数据收集，评估患者是否发生压疮、部位及分期。结果试验组压疮发生率（11．6％）低于对照组发生率（30．2％），差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论通过为气垫床手动交替充气，实现了手术患者术中定期更换受压部位，从而可以有效降低显微神经外科手术患者术中压疮的发生率。Objective To explore the effect of manual inflation for air cushion bed in preventing pressure ulcers in patients receiving miconeurosurgery. Methods Totally 86 patients who received microneurosurgery were selected by convenient sampling from January to June 2017 and randomized into a control group （n=43） and a treatment group （n=43） according to the random number table. Patients in both groups used inflatable air cushion for pressure ulcer prevention and routine nursing. Alternating inflation was shut down in the air cushion used in the control group, maintaining proper pressure in air cushion, while in the treatment group, in addition to routine nursing, the air cushion was manually and alternatingly inflated at the right time. After relevant training and learning, nurses collected data and made sure if the patients sustained pressure ulcers, and identified their location and stage. Results The incidence of pressure ulcers of the treatment group （11.6%） was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, which was 30.2%. Conclusions By manual alternating inflation, surgical patients can change their pressed parts regularly, thereby reducing the incidence of pressure ulcers significantly in the patients who received microneurosurgery.
