摘　　要：我国是世界上养鹅最多的国家,有着悠久的历史。鹅的饲养量超过其他国家总饲养量,但是鹅的营养研究仍处于探索阶段,饲养以及试验所用日粮的营养水平均参照美国NRC（1994）家禽营养需要量。我国幅员辽阔,生态环境多元化,鹅的种质资源丰富,因此各地的鹅对营养需要量会有所差异,研究鹅饲料原料的营养价值对于制订我国鹅的营养需要量和指导养鹅业的生产具有非常重要的理论和实践意义。如何做好鹅的代谢试验,制订适应我国鹅所需要的营养标准,已成为研究重点。文章对鹅的代谢试验操作要点进行综述。China is the largest country for the number of goose-bearing in the world and has a long history of goose breeding. However, the nutri- tional study of goose is still at the discussion stage whose nutrition levels of feeding and testing diets are all in reference to the Poultry Nutritional Requirements of the United States NRC （1994）. China has a vast area with a diverse ecological environment and abundant germplasm resources. Therefore, the nutritional requirements of geese is vary from place to place. Accordingly, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the nutritional value of goose feed ingredients so as to formulate the nutritional requirements of geese in our country. How to do well goose metabolism test and formulate nutrition standard to meet the needs of the geese in China has become the research focus. This article describes the main points for geese metabolic test operation.
