摘  要:为了科学地评价禽霍乱、新城疫二联灭活疫苗的安全性及免疫效果,试验将二联苗分别与鸡新城疫灭活疫苗(La Sota株)和禽多杀性巴氏杆菌病灭活疫苗(1502株)在同等条件下进行了性状和无菌检验,并进行了安全和效力比较试验。结果表明:二联苗与两种单苗的性状和无菌检验均合格,安全和效力试验结果无明显差异。说明二联苗产品质量不亚于两种单苗,且实现了一针防两种病的目的。In order to scientifically evaluate the safety and immune response of inactivated bivalent vaccine against fowl cholera and newcastle disease, morphological and sterility tests were performed in this experiment on equal conditions between the bivalent vaccine and inactivated newcastle disease vaccine ( La Sota isolate) or inactivated vaccine against avian pasteurellosis ( 1502 isolate). The comparison of safety and effica- cy tests was also carried out. The results showed that both the bivalent vaccine and two monovalent vaccines were qualified under morphological and sterility tests,and had no significant difference under safety or efficacy tests. The results suggested that the quality of the bivalent vaccine was not less than those of two monovalent vaccines,and the bivalent vaccine could achieve the aim of the prevention of two diseases by single dose.
