摘　　要：本文是作者关于手机电影美学及其对21世纪文化影响的系列论文之一。它探讨手机电影美学对视觉文化的影响,以及手机电影美学的社会价值与社会影响力。本文从跨学科的知识领域,提供了众多思考手机美学问题的新视角,对新的手机电影与技术、传统电影的关系,手机电影美学与以往美学原则的关系,以及手机电影与视觉文化所带来的新的政治权力的民主形态,甚至非洲与西方的新的关系都进行了全面的阐释,并结合早期手机电影《尚恩》《猫咪也疯狂》以及《皮条客》等作了具体的案例分析。This article discusses cellphilm aesthetics and their resultant effect for culture in the 21st century. The article is one of a number we wrote on the topic at the time. It studies the impact of cellphilm aesthetics on visual culture, together with the social value and social impact of cellphilm aesthetics. It provides various new perspectives for the study of cellphilm aethestics in an interdisciplinary realm. It discusses the relationship between the new cellphilm and technology, new cellphilm and traditional film, cellphilm aesthetics and former aesthetic principles. In addition, it elaborates on the new democratic form of political power that comes along with eeIlphilm and visual culture and on the new relationship between Africa and the West. The article discusses the above based on the ease study of early eellphilms such as Shane, Pussy G＇awn Crazy, and SMS Sugar Man.
