高固低黏微支化哑光醇酸树脂的合成及性能研究

摘　　要：合成一种高固低黏的微支化哑光醇酸树脂,讨论了影响醇酸树脂性能的各种因素,包括油度、多元酸、多元醇、合成工艺、溶剂。实验表明,由该树脂制备的哑光清漆能够满足涂料消费税的要求,有效降低VOC排放,保护环境,同时非常有利于施工,具有良好的涂膜效果。A high solid and low viscosity microbranched matte alkyd resin is synthesized, and various factors influencing alkyd resin＇s properties such as the oil length, polyacid, polyol synthesis process and solvent are discussed. Experiments show the matte varnish prepared with the resin meeting the requirements of the coatings consumption tax, effectively reducing VOC emissions and protecting the environment is very conducive to the construction with good film effect.
