摘  要:介绍了一种应用于汽车千斤顶的单组分水性涂料的制备及其在圆盘式静电喷涂设备上使用的工艺研究。该水性单组分涂料解决了在圆盘式静电喷涂工艺下,工件带温涂装的施工性、快干性、光泽及流平性问题。通过下线快干性、外观与耐码垛性探讨了主体树脂、助溶剂、静电电压、气压、往复机升降速度、流量及膜厚对圆盘式静电喷涂流平与干燥的影响,与现在使用的溶剂型双组分PU涂料相比,涂膜性能相当,产品工艺简化,既符合国家环保要求,也满足企业水性化的工艺转变。The preparation of a new single-component waterborne coatings system applied to automobile jacks is introduced in the paper, and the disc type electrostatic spraying process is also studied. The single-component waterborne coatings solve the problems of the construction, quick drying, gloss and leveling of the workpiece under the disc electrostatic spraying process. The influence of the resin, cosolvent, electrostatic voltage, air pressure, reciprocating engine speed, flow rate and film thickness on disc type electrostatic spraying, levelling and drying are also discussed in terms of the fast dry, appearance and pallet resistance. Compared with solvent-based two-component polyurethane coatings, the film has similar properties and the production process is simple, meeting China's requirements on environmental protection and enterprises' need to shift from oil-based processes to water-based processes.
