公民社会与市民社会之区别浅析

摘　　要："公民社会"与"市民社会"虽然都有Civil Society这一翻译,但两者具有不同发展历史、主体构成、价值内涵与涉及领域。其中公民社会突出指向社会中以政治权利为中心的政治生活领域,而市民社会则是突出指向社会中以经济权利为中心的非政治生活领域。Although the Civil Society- is a translation of ＂ Zivilgesellschafi ＂ and ＂ burgerliche Gesellschaft ＂, the two have different development history-, subject composition, value connotation and related fields. The ＂ Zivilgesellschaft ＂ highlights the political life field centered on political rights in society-, while the ＂ burgerliche Gesellschaft ＂ highlights the non-political life field centered on economic rights in society-.
