摘　　要：外墙面砖是建筑物的重要装饰材料,但有多种因素会造成外墙面砖脱落,破坏建筑外立面美观、形成高空坠物伤人安全隐患。通过对国家以及各地规范政策的研读,具体工程建设实证案例与调研,结合国内建筑外墙面砖质量现状及脱落成因分析,提出了严控材质、气候因素防范、细部技术处理、技术工人准入、规范应用限高等8条防范建议措施。Exterior wall tile is an important decorative material of buildings, but there are many factors that can cause the exterior wall tiles to fall off, destroying the appearance of the exterior facade of buildings, and forming a bidden danger of falling objects to injure people. Based on the study of national and local standards and policies, the investigation of specific engineering construction eases and the analysis of the quality situation and the causes of falling off of exterior wall tiles in domestic buildings, this paper puts forward eight preventive measures, including strict control of materials, prevention of climate factors, detailed technical treatment, access of skilled workers and high application limit of standardization.
