摘  要:目的探索上海市专科护士队伍建设,构建一套系统、科学、实用的上海市专科护士培养与管理方案。方法在文献回顾、专家会议的基础上初步构建方案框架,形成专家咨询问卷,通过德尔菲法对13名专家进行2轮专家咨询,最终构建出上海市专科护士培养与管理方案。结果研究最终确立的上海市专科护士培养与管理方案包括3个一级维度、16个二级维度、50个三级维度、168条指标与要素,其中3个一级维度分别为专科护士岗位说明、使用与管理、培训体系。结论上海市专科护士队伍建设的理论探索过程较为严谨、可靠,构建的方案具有较好的可行性与科学性。Objective To explore the construction of specialty nurse team in Shanghai, and build a systemic, scientific and practical training and management scheme. Methods A primao- framework was developed through literature review and expert meeting, and then 13 experts were consulted two rounds by Delphi method Results The training and management scheme of specialty nurse in Shanghai contained 3 filst-level dimensions, 16 second-level dimensions, 50 third-level dimensions, and 168 indicators and elements. Post description, usage and management, training system were the three first-level dimensions. Conclusion The exploration process of the present research is credible and precise, and the constructed scheme has good tbasibility and scientificity
