摘　　要：发展农村金融能够给我国农村经济的发展带来新的动力,为农民提供多渠道的资金来源,但是目前缺乏有效融资方式。将农村土地进行资产证券化,能够有效解决这一问题。本文通过对农地资产证券化进行可行性研究,以期能够给今后关于农村金融的研究提供可参考的素材,同时给城镇化建设中农村金融的建设提供参考意见。The development of rural finance can bringa newdevelopment direction to the development of rural economy inour country, and provide farmers with multi-channel sourcesof funds, but there is a lack of effective financing methods atpresent. Asset securitization of rural land can effectively solvethis problem. This paper makes a feasibility study on the securitization of agricultural land assets in order to provide reference materials for the future research on rural finance andthe construction of rural finance in the construction of urbanization.
