摘 要:选择甘薯品种安薯07的自交结实种子进行培育,对472株自交后代的最长蔓长、单株分枝数、茎粗、单株结薯数、单株鲜薯质量等主要农艺性状进行了相关性和通径分析.结果表明:在单个性状的变异分析中,单株鲜薯质量、单株分枝数和单株结薯数的变异系数较大,而茎粗、最长蔓长的变异系数较小.在相关性分析中单株结薯数、单株分枝数、最长蔓长和单株鲜薯质量呈极显著正相关,说明在一定范围内提高单株结薯数、单株分枝数、最长蔓长会对提高产量有贡献;单株分枝数与单株结薯数呈极显著相关性,说明甘薯自交后代各性状间关系复杂,因此在甘薯育种过程中不能单一考虑某个性状.通径分析结果表明单株结薯数、单株分枝数、最长蔓长对产量直接作用较大,可以作为甘薯育种的参考选择性状;单株分枝数通过单株结薯数对产量间接作用较大,因此甘薯育种过程中应考虑甘薯各性状间的相互关系.Self-seeds of sweet potato variety Anshu 07 were selected for breeding.The variance analysis,correlation and path analysis of five main agronomic characters in 472 progenies were studied.The main characters are the longest vine length,the number of branches per plant,the stem diameter,the number of sweet potato per plant and the fresh sweet potato weight per plant.The results showed that the variation coefficient of fresh sweet potato weight,branch number and number of sweet potato per plant were larger than the other characters in variation analysis.In correlation analysis the number of sweet potato per plant,number of branches,length of the longest vine and fresh sweet potato weight per plant was positively correlated,indicating the increase of sweet potato number per plant,number of branches,length of the longest vine will improve the yield in a certain range;a very significant correlation between the number of branches per plant and number of sweet potato per plant,it showed that the relationship between the characters of sweet potato self-bred progeny is complex,so it is not possible to consider a single character in the process of sweet potato breeding.The results of path analysis showed that the main agronomic characters affecting the yield of sweet potato are the number of sweet potato,number of branches,length of the longest vine,so these agronomic characters can be used as reference selection traits in sweet potato breeding;The number of single plant branches of sweet potato has an indirect effect on yield,so the relationship between sweet potato characters should be considered in the process of sweet potato breeding.
