摘 要:测试了几种具有不同冲击剥离强度的环氧结构胶的抗冲击性能,分析了冲击过程中冲击剥离力、速率和吸收能量随时间的变化情况。研究了落锤质量、冲击初始速率对测试结果的影响,探讨了2种结构胶在常温和低温下的冲击曲线特征,并观察了破坏后的界面形貌。结果表明,落锤质量、冲击初始速率这2项参数设置对定性定量评估结构胶的性能影响不大。选择较低的测试温度可以有效区分普通结构胶和低温抗冲击结构胶。According to the ISO 11343: 2003 standard, the impact curves of several structural adhesives with different impact stripping strength were measured. The changes of impact stripping force, velocity and absorbed energy as time during impacting were analyzed. In addition, the effect of the drop hammer mass and initial impact velocity on the test results was also discussed. The features of impact curves for two kinds of structural adhesives at room and low temperature were investigated. The results showed that the parameter setting of drop hammer mass and initial impact velocity did not have noteworthy effect on the qualitative and quantitative assessment of structural adhesive performance. The lower measurement temperature can differentiate the common structural adhesives and the low-temperature impact resistant structural adhesives.
