摘  要:以107胶为基础聚合物,350 mPa·s甲基硅油为增塑剂、纳米碳酸钙、氧化锌等为填料,甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷等为交联剂,KH550为偶联剂,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,制得了一系列的硅橡胶密封剂,并考查了碳酸钙、氧化锌用量以及低黏度107胶用量对硅橡胶密封剂的耐齿轮油性能影响。结果表明,以50份(质量份,下同)20 000 mPa·s和50份1 500 mPa·s 107胶为基础胶料,添加纳米碳酸钙120份,氧化锌10份,交联剂12份(m_(MOS)∶m_(VOS)∶m_(TOS)=75∶20∶5),黑色浆5份,KH550偶联剂1.5份,催化剂0.1份制得的硅橡胶密封剂具有较好的耐齿轮油性能,在125℃的75 w-90齿轮油中老化100 h后,拉伸强度的保持率可达到80%。Using 107 silicone as the basic polymer, 350 m Pa·s dimethyl silicone oil as the plasticizer, nano calcium carbonate and zinc oxide as the fillers, methyltris(methylethylketoxime) silane as the crosslinker, KH550 as the coupling agent, dibutyltin dilaurate as the catalyst, a series of silicone sealants was prepared. The effect of the amounts of nano calcium carbonate, zinc oxide and low viscosity 107 silicone on the gear oil resistance of the seleants was investigated. The results showed that when the 20 000 m Pa·s 107 silicone was 50 parts, the 1 500 m Pa·s 107 silicone was 50 parts, the nano calcium carbonate was 120 parts, the zinc oxide filler was 10 parts, the crosslinker was 12 parts, the black paste was 5 parts, the coupling agent was 1.5 parts, and the catalyst was 0.1 parts, the tensile strength retention rate could reach 80% after aging 100 h in 125℃ 75 w-90 geal oil,.
