摘　　要：以甲基丙烯酸苯氧乙基酯(PHEMA)、丁腈橡胶(NBR)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS)、丙烯酸酯齐聚物(BJ-5)、酸性酯(BL-7)和金属盐类(BY-8)等为原料,采用有机过氧化物为氧化-还原体系制得了一种低气味的丙烯酸酯结构胶(SGA),研究了该胶的粘接性能。结果表明,该结构胶完全满足各类金属板材之间粘接的要求。Using phenoxyeethyl methacrylate（PHEMA） as the active monomer to replace methyl methacrylate（MMA）, nitrile rubber（NBR） and methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer（MBS） as the elastomers, acrylate oligomers（BJ-5） as the toughening agent and acid esters（BL-7） as the adhesion promoter, a low odor acrylate structural adhesive（SGA） was prepared with metal salts（BY-8） and organic peroxide（CHP） as the redox system. The bonding properties of the adhesive were studied. The results showed that the adhesive fully satisfied the requirements of bonding between the sheet metals.
