摘　　要：关于厘金制度的创始人,学界有诸多不同看法,但学界是以雷以諴创行厘金为定论。论述雷以諴创行厘金的过程以及被采行的原因,揭示厘金兴起的深层次社会原因。On the founder of the likin system, academics have many different views, but to Lei Yixian to the creationof likin for the conclusion. Discusses the process of the creation of likin and the reasons for being adopted, revealing thedeep-seated social causes of the rise of likin.
