达托霉素治疗左心感染性心内膜炎一例

摘　　要：本例社区获得的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌左心感染性心内膜患者同时合并中枢神经系统感染及急性脑梗死,早期给予万古霉素及美罗培南抗感染治疗后疗效不佳,改用达托霉素抗感染治疗,并通过积极降颅压、调节电解质紊乱、改善脑循环、营养支持等治疗,后期于心外科行主动脉瓣置换术,患者病情总体得到有效控制。In this case, a patient with community acquired the staphylococcus aureus infective left endocarditis of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus combined with acute cerebral infarction. The clinician early treated with vancomycin and meropenem. But the treatment was not satisfactory. Through adjusting the drug to daptomycin, decreasing intracranial pressure, regulating electrolyte disturbance, improving brain circulation, nutrition support, the patient′s disease is effectively controlled.
