摘　　要：目的探讨UE视频喉镜联合UE视频软性喉镜在双腔支气管导管插管中的应用效果。方法选取我院胸外科2016年1月—2017年10月接诊的90例需行双腔支气管导管插管的患者进行研究,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统的喉镜插管进行定位,观察组采用UE视频喉镜联合UE视频软性喉镜进行定位。分别观察2组患者的声门暴露时间、支气管插管时间、插管次数,并记录一次插管成功率和插管深度的准确性。结果观察组患者的一次插管成功率和插管深度的准确性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的声门暴露时间、支气管插管时间、插管次数均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 UE视频喉镜联合UE视频软性喉镜在双腔支气管导管插管中可以缩短插管时间、减少插管次数,提高插管成功率,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of UE video laryngoscope combined with UE video soft laryngoscope in double lumen endobronchial tube intubation. Methods 90 patients who received double lumen endobronchial tube intubation from January 2016 to October 2017 in our department of thoracic surgery were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table. The control group used traditional laryngoscope intubation for positioning,and the observation group used UE video laryngoscope combined with UE video soft laryngoscope to locate. The glottis exposure time,bronchial intubation time and intubation frequency of the two groups were observed,and the accuracy of intubation success rate and intubation depth were recorded. Results the success rate of intubation and depth of intubation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The time of glottis exposure,the time of tracheal intubation and the number of intubation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences in the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion UE video laryngoscope combined with UE video soft laryngoscope can shorten the intubation time,reduce intubation times and improve the success rate of intubation in double lumen tube intubation. It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
