水溶性聚醚改性硅油的制备及其对硅橡胶表面亲水改性的研究

摘　　要：以端烯丙基聚醚和含氢硅油为原料,采用硅氢加成反应合成了水溶性聚醚改性硅油,再将其作为硅橡胶的亲水改性剂,通过聚合物共混制备了表面呈亲水性的改性硅橡胶。添加聚醚改性硅油会降低硅橡胶的拉伸强度并提高其拉断伸长率。经其改性的硅橡胶表面出现明显的聚醚链段堆积,表现出优良的亲水性,水静态接触角可降至50°以下。亲水改性的效果与聚醚改性硅油的品种和用量有关,聚醚改性硅油中的环氧乙烷链节更有利于硅橡胶的表面亲水性;当聚醚改性硅油用量为10%时,即表现出亲水改性效果;聚醚改性硅油用量为30%,聚醚环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷的量之比为15. 32、浊点54. 3℃的聚醚改性硅油改性的硅橡胶表面水静态接触角可降至45. 9°。Water-soluble polyether modified silicone oil was synthesized by hydrosilylation with allyl-terminated polyether and hydrogenated silicone oil as the raw materials. It was then used as a hydrophilic modifier for the silicone rubber, and the modified silicone rubber with hydrophilic surface was prepared by polymer blending. The polyether modified silicone oil reduces the tensile strength of silicone rubber and increases its elongation at break. The surface of the modified silicone rubber has obvious polyether segment accumulation, showing excellent hydrophilicity, and the static contact angle of water reaches below 50°. The effect of hydrophilic modification is related to the variety and amount of polyether modified silicone oil. The epoxy ethane unit in polyether modified silicone oil is more favorable to the surface hydrophilicity of silicone rubber. When the mass ratio of polyether modified silicone oil is 10%, the hydrophilicity of the modified product is better than that of the modified by polyether. When the mass ratio of polyether modified silicone oil is 30%, and the ratio of polyether ethylene oxide and propylene oxide is 15.32, the static contact angle of water on the modified silicone rubber surface can be reduced to 45.9°.
