血痛定喷雾剂消肿及镇痛作用的研究

摘　　要：目的考察中药血痛定喷雾剂的消肿及镇痛作用。方法将小鼠随机分为空白组、阳性对照组(云南白药或扶他林)、血痛定喷雾剂高、中、低浓度组(5、3、1 mg/ml)。采用小鼠耳壳二甲苯炎症肿胀法,检测血痛定喷雾剂的消肿作用;采用小鼠热板法、甩尾法和扭体法,检测血痛定喷雾剂的镇痛作用。结果血痛定喷雾剂对小鼠耳壳肿胀程度的抑制作用、对热刺激所致疼痛感觉的对抗作用及对冰醋酸所致的小鼠扭体痛的镇痛作用均呈剂量依赖性,其中高浓度组的消肿及镇痛作用与阳性对照组相当或更优。结论血痛定喷雾剂具有强效的消肿及镇痛作用,具有使用便捷的特点,可作为治疗军队训练伤的常用药和特需药,亦是临床所急需的中药新品种。Objective To explore the detumescence and analgesic ettects of Xuetongding Spray. Methods The mice were randomly divided into a blank group, a positive control group （Yunnan Baiyao or voltaren）, and groups with high, medium and low concentrations of Xuetongding Spray （5, 3 and 1 mg/ml）. Mice auricle xylene inflammatory swelling method was applied to detect the detumescence ettects of Xuetongding Spray; the hot-plate method, tail-flick method and writhing method in mice were taken to detect the analgesic ettects of Xuetongding Spray. Results The inhibitory ettects of Xuetongding Spray on the swelling degree of mice auricle, the antagonistic ettects on the pain sensation caused by thermal stimulation and the analgesic ettects on the torsion pain induced by glacial acetic acid in mice were dose-dependent. The detumescence and analgesic ettects in the high-concentration group were equivalent to or better than those in the positive control group. Conclusion Xuetongding Spray has strong detumescence and analgesic ettects, is convenient to use, can be used as a common and special medicine to treat anny training injury, and is also a new kind of traditional Chinese medicine urgently needed in clinic.
