摘　　要：目的观察呋塞米鼻腔喷雾剂局部用药的毒性反应及恢复情况,进行药物安全性初步评价。方法 24 h内多次对大鼠鼻腔局部给予呋塞米鼻腔喷雾剂,观察动物的一般症状体征,并对鼻黏膜进行苏木精-伊红染色,观察病理组织学变化,评价该药对用药局部及全身的毒性反应及其恢复情况。结果呋塞米鼻腔喷雾剂对大鼠鼻腔用药无急性毒性和全身毒性作用。结论呋塞米鼻腔喷雾剂具有良好的局部用药安全性。Objective To observe the toxicity and recovery of the local administration of turosemide nasal spray to conduct preliminary evaluation of drug satety. Methods The nasal cavity of rats was locally administrated with turosemide nasal spray for several times within 24 hours. The general signs and symptoms of animals were observed. The nasal mucosa was dyed with hematoxylin-eosin to observe pathologic tissue changes and evaluate the local and systemic toxicity of the drug and the recovery of the rats. Results The administration of turosemide nasal spray to the nasal cavity of rats had no acute or systemic toxicity. Conclusion Furosemide nasal spray has high satety in local administration.
