摘  要:本文通过对健康小鼠灌喂西藏牦牛乳酸奶,探讨西藏牦牛乳酸奶对降低小鼠体内胆固醇的效果。实验中将28只小鼠随机分成4组,每组7只,进行为期28 d的实验研究,每天定时投喂西藏牦牛乳酸奶,每周定期采集血清,利用酶解法检测其中的血清总胆固醇(Serum total cholesterol,TC)含量。实验数据采用R软件进行方差分析和相关性分析,得出西藏牦牛乳酸奶对降低胆固醇与市售酸奶之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。This paper through investigating the effect of Tibetan yak yoghurt on reducing cholesterol in mice by feeding Tibetan yak yoghurt to healthy mice. In the experiment, 28 mice were randomly divided into four groups, 7 in each group, for a 28day experimental study. Tibetan yak yoghurt was regularly fed every day, serum was collected periodically every week, and serum cholesterol was detected by enzymatic hydrolysis (serum total cholesterol, TC) content. The experimental data were analysis of variance and correlation analysis. It was found that there was no significant difference between Tibetan yak yogurt and cholesterol-lowering (P〉0.05).
