摘  要:目的探讨普外科运用TSP教学模式对护理本科生进行停留T管护理教学教学方法和应用效果。方法采用回顾性分析方式对在我科实习的护生的应用情况进行对比分析,将2015年9月—2016年7月在我科实习的40实习护生作为对照组,给予传统教学方法 ;选择2016年9月—2017年7月在我科实习的40名实习护生作为干预组,给予TSP教学模式,比较两组实习护生的理论成绩、操作考核,对比较结果展开研究,分析TSP教学模式在停留T管护理教学中的应用。结果干预组学生的理论成绩、操作考核优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 TSP在停留T管护理教学法优于传统教学方法,教学效果满意。Objective To explore the teaching method and application efect of TSP teaching model in general surgery for nursing undergraduates. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted to compare the application of nursing students in our department. 40 nursing interns from September 2015 to July 2016 were selected as control group and given traditional teaching methods. 40 nursing interns from September 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the intervention group and given TSP teaching mode. The theoretical scores and operational examination of two groups of nursing students were compared. The results of comparative study were analyzed, and the application of TSP teaching mode in T nursing teaching was analyzed. Results The students in the intervention group were superior to those in the control group in theory and operation, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion TSP is superior to traditional T tube nursing teaching method, and its teaching efect is satisfactory.
