经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫肌瘤的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的评价经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫肌瘤的诊断价值。方法采用随机抽取法,选取2016年12月—2018年1月在我院诊治的子宫肌瘤者150例作为研究对象,给予患者经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断,并与患者术后病理结果对照分析。结果 150例子宫肌瘤者经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断146例,确诊率97.33%,误诊2例,漏诊2例,与术后病理结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫肌瘤具较高的诊断准确率,并能提示子宫肌瘤恶性病变,临床应用价值高。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in uterine fibroids. Methods Using random sampling method, 150 cases of uterine leiomyoma diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects. The patients were diagnosed by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and compared with postoperative pathological fndings. Results Among 150 cases of uterine fibroids, 146 cases were diagnosed by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography, the diagnostic rate was 97.33%, 2 cases were misdiagnosed and 2 cases were missed. There was no signifcant diference in postoperative pathological fndings （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound has a high diagnostic accuracy for uterine fbroids, and it can prompt malignant lesions of uterine fbroids. It has high clinical value.
