摘　　要：高旭认为进行反清革命需要有大无畏的牺牲精神,需要存国魂、开民智。要想把中国建设成为真正的民主共和国,必须在宪法中明确主权在民的原则,严格实施权力制衡制度。与此同时,还必须解放妇女,这是建设现代中国必不可少的因素。因为儒家思想是维护专制制度的学说,所以,未来的中国应该提倡富有民主主义精神的墨家学说,还需要在保存优秀传统文化的同时,积极吸收外来先进文化,中国文化才能与时俱进,并发扬光大。Gao xu thought that to carry out the anti-qing revolution needs to have the spirit of not afraid of sacrifice,to preserve the national spirit and to open the people’s wisdom. If we want to build China into a real democratic republic, we must make clear the principle of sovereignty in the constitution and strictly implement the separation of powers. At the same time, women must be liberated, which is an essential factor in building modern China. Because Confucianism is conducive to despotism,So, in order to build China into a democratic republic, should advocate the idea of mohism because it contains the spirit of democracy. In today’s China, the correct attitude towards culture is to preserve the excellent cultural heritage of ancient China, absorb modern western culture and keep pace with The Times.Only in this way can China be built into a modern country, and the Chinese culture can flourish.
