摘 要:留学生在给高校教育国际化带来生机和活力的同时,也出现了一系列的新问题。交际文化和留学生管理具有相关性,其个人的行为表现在生活的多方面,与中国学生差异显著。原因既有客观性,也有管理的主观性。应强化管理,避免超国民待遇;加强文化沟通,取得留学生文化认同,适应中国管理的文化性,以期通过课程改革切实做到文化传播的目的。While overseas students bring vigor and vitality to college education internationalization, a series of new problems also emerge. There is correlation between communication culture and the management on overseas students whose individual behaviors are significantly different from those of Chinese students in many aspects. The reasons for the difference are both objective and managerially subjective. In order to achieve the goal of cultural communication through curriculum reform, it is suggested to take the following measures: strengthening management and avoiding supernational treatment; strengthening cultural communication and obtaining the cultural identity from overseas students, and making them adapt to the cultural nature of Chinese management.
