摘 要:目的研究砷铈催化分光光度法测定血清中碘的抗干扰能力。方法分别在100μg/L和200μg/L碘标准溶液中加入干扰物组1(Na^+、Cl^-、HPO_4^(2-))、组2(Na^+、Cl^-、Ca^(2+))、组3(K^+、Mg^(2+)、F^-、Fe^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Cu^(2+)、Hg^(2+))、组4(甘氨酸、葡萄糖、尿素)、组5(维生素C)。实验时各测3个平行样,计算平均值和相对偏差。在100μg/L碘标准溶液中加入干扰物组6(蛋白质),实验时各测3个平行样,计算平均值和平均回收率。结果在本方法条件下,加入11 g/L NaCl,1.5 g/L HPO_4^(2-),700 mg/L KNO_3,200 mg/L Ca^(2+),365 mg/L Mg^(2+),2 mg/L F^-,2 mg/L Fe^(2+),2 mg/L Zn^(2+),2 mg/L Cu^(2+),0.05 mg/L Hg^(2+),2 g/L甘氨酸,10 g/L葡萄糖,3 g/L尿素,30 mg/L维生素C,100 g/L蛋白质时,均不干扰测定。结论砷铈催化分光光度法测定血清中碘的方法具有较强的抗干扰能力。Objective To determine the anti-interference ability of iodine in serum by As3+-Ce4+ catalytic spectrophotometry. Methods Interferon group 1(Na+,Cl-,HPO42-), group 2(Na+,Cl-,Ca2+), group 3(K+,Mg2+,F,Fe2+,Zn2+,Cu2+,Hg2+), group 4(glycine, glucose, urea) and group 5(vitamin C) were added to 100 μg/L and 200 μg/L iodine standard solution respectively. In the experiment, three parallel samples were measured, and the average and relative deviation were calculated. The interference group 6(protein) was added to 100 μg/L iodine standard solution respectively. In the experiment, three parallel samples were measured, and the average and the average rate of recovery were calculated. Results Under the conditions of this method. 11 g/L Na Cl, 1.5 g/L HPO42-, 700 mg/L KNO3, 200 mg/L Ca2+, 365 mg/L Mg2+, 2 mg/L F-, 2 mg/L Fe2+, 2 mg/L Zn2+, 2 mg/L Cu2+, 0.05 mg/L Hg2+, 2 g/L glycine, 10 g/L glucose, 3 g/L urea, 30 mg/L vitamin C,100 g/L protein were not interfered with the determination. Conclusion As3+-Ce4+ catalytic spectrophotometry for the determination of iodine in serum has strong antiinterference ability.
