摘  要:目的探讨智能静脉用药配置机器人在临床静脉输液配药中的作用。方法对我院32名护士随机分组,对照组常规人工调配,实验组智能静脉用药配置机器人配置,观察比较两组配药数量、药物残留率、配药差错发生率和护士健康损伤发生率差异。结果实验组每人每小时配药数量(43.02±9.71)袋,对照组每人每小时配置(27.42±8.81)袋,较对照组提高,实验组药物残留率为4.00%,配药差错发生率为0.004%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组疲乏、安瓿瓶划伤、指头皲裂、注射器刺伤健康损伤发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床静脉输液用药时应用智能静脉用药配置机器人可有效保证输液的安全性和准确性,避免调配差错,降低对配液护士的伤害。Objective To investigate the role of intelligent intravenous drug configuration robot in clinical intravenous infusion dispensing. Methods 32 nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was routinely artificially deployed. The experimental group was equipped with intelligent intravenous drug configuration robots. The differences in the number of drugs dispensed, the drug residual rate, the incidence of dispensing errors and the incidence of nurses’ health injury were compared. Results The experimental group dispensed(43.02±9.71) bags per hour, and the control group allocated(27.42±8.81) bags per hour, which was higher than the control group. The drug residual rate in the experimental group was 4.00%, and the incidence of dispensing error was 0.004%, significantly lower than the control group(P 〈 0.05); the experimental group fatigue, ampoules scratch, finger cleft palate, syringe puncture health injury incidence was significantly lower than the control group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of intelligent intravenous drug configuration robot in clinical intravenous infusion can effectively ensure the safety and accuracy of infusion, avoid mismatching errors and reduce the harm to the dosing nurse.
