摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在降低运行电子体温单书写缺陷中的应用效果。方法根据品管圈活动步骤,运用管理工具对运行电子体温单书写中存在的缺陷进行分析、整改,将改善前后数据进行比较。结果运行电子体温单书写总缺陷次数由改善前36次/周降至改善后15.75次/周,目标达标率105.5%,进步率为56.25%,改善效果显著;此外,圈员在解决问题能力、沟通协调能力、责任心与荣誉感、QCC手法的运用及团队精神等方面较活动前有显著提高。结论运用品管圈可以提高电子护理病历书写质量的环节控制;有效降低运行电子体温单书写缺陷;提升护士工作效率和品质;提高圈员解决问题的能力和学习积极性。Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle in reducing the writing defects of electronic medical record thermometer. Methods According to the steps of quality control circle, the management tool was used to analyze the defects in the writing of electronic medical record temperature sheet. Then, the data without using quality control circle and data using quality control circle were compared. Results Using the quality control circle, the total number of defects dropped from 36 times/week to 15.75 times/week. The target and the improvement rate was 105.5% and 56.25%, respectively. And their problem-solving ability, communication and coordination ability, sense of responsibility and honor, application of QCC techniques and team spirit in the group members had significantly improved after the quality control circle was used. Conclusion The quality control circle could improve the quality of electronic nursing medical records writing link control, reduce the electronic temperature defects, improve the work of efficiency and quality of nurses, and improve the ability to solve problems and learning enthusiasm of the circle members.
