优质护理在无抽搐电休克治疗抑郁症中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究优质护理对无抽搐电休克治疗抑郁症患者的应用效果。方法将我院收治的76例进行无抽搐电休克治疗的抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按照随机的方式分为试验组(优质护理服务)和对照组(常规护理服务),每组各38例。对比两组患者进行治疗时的依从度以及进行护理后的护理满意度。结果护理后,试验组患者的治疗依从度明显高于治疗前及对照组患者治疗后的依从度,对照组患者对护理的满意度明显低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对无抽搐电休克治疗抑郁症的患者进行优质护理服务,可以有效提高患者的治疗依从度,使得治疗更为顺利的进行,并且还提升了患者对护理的满意程度。Objective To study the effect of high quality nursing on patients with depression treated by modified electroconvulsive therapy. Methods 76 patients with depression treated in our hospital were divided into experimental group（high quality nursing service） and control group（conventional nursing service）, and 38 subjects in each group were studied in a random way. The compliance of two groups of patients during treatment and nursing satisfaction after nursing were compared. Results After nursing, the compliance of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that before and after the treatment in the control group. The satisfaction of the patients in the control group was significantly lower than that in the experimental group, and the difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing care for patients with depression without convulsive electroconvulsive therapy can effectively improve the compliance of the patients, make the treatment more smoothly, and improve the satisfaction of the patients to the nursing care.
