摘 要:目的:调查分析护理专业本科生媒介素养现状,提出针对护理专业本科生媒介素养的教育策略和方法。方法:采用问卷调查法。抽样方法为分层抽样,样本选自某医学院五年制护理普通本科在校学生。共发放问卷430份,回收有效问卷408份。问卷包含护理专业本科生媒介素养调查表和中文版评判性思维能力测量表。结果:护理本科生主要用智能手机接触媒介,每天接触媒介时间<5 h,每月媒介消费约50元,媒介使用目的是休闲娱乐和获取信息,仅有4.7%的学生为获取知识。批判性思维呈正性倾向(总分≥280分),但寻找真理特质一般(<40分)。对医患关系和弱势群体的报道较为关注,91.9%的学生认为媒介素养教育对自己的护理事业有帮助。结论:护理本科生有较好的媒介认知能力和批判能力,但媒介使用深度不够,参与媒介实践能力薄弱,要加强对大学生的媒介素养教育,提升大学生的参与能力。Objective: To investigate the media literacy status of nursing undergraduates in Bengbu Medical College and propose the education strategy and methods. Methods : Stratified sampling was carried out to investigate the five - year nursing undergraduates with questionnaire. A total of 430 questionnaires were sent out, and 408 were effectively received. The media literacy questionnaire and Critical Thinking disposition inventory - Chinese version were adopted. Results:Nursing undergraduates mainly used smartphone to contact media within 5 hours a day and 50 yuan a month. The purpose was to entertain and get information, only 4.7 % for acquiring knowledge. Critical thinking was positive ( ≥280 scores) , but the factor of finding truth was general ( 〈40 scores). The doctor - patient relationship and the vulnerable groups were given more attention, and. 91.9% of the students thought it was helpful to their career. Conclusion:Nursing undergraduates have better medium cognitive ability and critical ability, but the depth is not enough and the participation is weak. The media literacy education of college students should be strengthened to en- hance their participation ability.
