摘 要:【目的】了解上海地区动物体表及其周边环境蜱的种类及分布。【方法】采用动物体表逆毛检拾法及目测法检查不同动物体表及其周边环境蜱的侵害状况,收集并带回实验室分类鉴定。【结果】在宿主动物和周围环境分别捕获蜱106只和18只,经鉴定为血红扇头蜱和长角血蜱。所有宿主动物中,羊染蜱率为0.89%,犬染蜱率为0.39%,均比较低。犬和羊蜱指数分别为4.86和1.00。犬舍蜱阳性率为1.02%,其他依次为其他动物饲养场(0.79%)、居民家庭(0.31%)及宠物店(0.15%)。【结论】血红扇头蜱为上海宿主动物的优势蜱种,羊、犬是其主要宿主动物,应加强对媒介蜱的监测及防控。[Objective] To investigate the tick species and their distribution which parasitized the body surface of animals and surroundings in Shanghai. [Methods]Ticks samples were collected from host bodies and their surroundings directly,and then classified and identified in the laboratory. [Results]There were106 ticks and 18 ticks captured from host animals and their surroundings,respectively,which proved to be Rhipicephalus sanguineus and Haemaphysalis loniconis,respectively. The parasitizing rate for goat and dogs were 0. 89% and 0. 36%,which were relatively low. The tick infestation rate in dog houses was 1. 02%,followed by animal farm( 0. 79%),household( 0. 31%) and pet stores( 0. 15%). [Conclusion]In Shanghai,Rs. sanguineus is the dominant species,and the hosts of ticks are goats and dogs. Measures should be taken to strengthen the surveillance and control of ticks.
