骨骼肌衰减症的防治研究现状及思考

摘　　要：本文综述国内外骨骼肌衰减症的发病机制、影响因素、诊断筛查及治疗控制等,并基于亚洲人骨骼肌衰减症筛查与诊断标准的特异性及老年性骨骼肌衰减症发生的普遍性,建议开展中国人骨骼肌衰减症的诊断标准以及影响因素研究;开展老年人群骨骼肌衰减症的综合干预研究;开展以预防为主的重点人群的评估与干预。The mechanism,influencing factors, diagnosis,screening and treatment of Sarcopenia are reviewed in this article. On the basis of previous studies on specificity of screening and diagnostic criteria for Sarcopenia and the prevalence of senile Sarcopenia in Asians,suggestions are made in research of Sarcopenia in China. Firstly, the basic research on the diagnostic criteria and influencing factors of Sarcopenia should be carried out. Secondly,comprehensive intervention study on Sarcopenia should be performed. Finally,the evaluation and intervention study of Sarcopenia should be conducted on focus population with prevention as primary.
