摘　　要：打造创新生态链,上海各区应通过优势互补,实现错位竞合。打造科创新空间,重点要支持上海郊区与周边地区的协调发展,上海郊区要承担开拓上海中心城区外第二战略空间的重任。上海应利用郊区与周边地区有效衔接,在为周边地区进行科创服务、实现产业联动发展的同时,达到降低商务成本,获取科创新空间的战略目的。To create an innovative ecological chain, Shanghai＇s each district should adopt complementary advantages to achieve dislocation competition.Creating a new space for science and technology innovation,we should focus on supporting the coordinated development of Shanghai suburbs and surrounding areas,and the suburbs of Shanghai should undertake the responsibility of developing the second strategic space outside the central city of Shanghai.Especially Shanghai＇s high business costs should make use of the effective links between the suburbs and the surrounding areas of Shanghai to provide science and technology innovation services for the surrounding areas and realize the development of industrial linkage,at the same time,it could achieve the strategic purpose of reducing the business costs of Shanghai and obtaining the new science and technology innovation space.
