摘　　要：目的探讨不同时期哮喘-慢阻肺重叠(ACO)患者呼出气冷凝集液(EBC)中8-异前列腺素(8-iso PG)、白三烯B4(LTB4)及PCT的变化及其临床意义。方法随机选择2017年9月-12月在我院住院治疗的急性加重期ACO患者40例作为观察组,分别于急性加重期及稳定期测定EBC中8-iso PG、LTB4及PCT,同时期健康体检者40人作为对照组,测定EBC中8-iso PG、LTB4及PCT,比较不同时期ACOS患者EBC中8-sio PG、LTB4及PCT的变化。结果急性加重期ACO患者EBC中8-sio PG、LTB4及PCT较稳定期明显升高(P<0.05);稳定期ACOS患者EBC中8-sio PG、LTB4较健康成人明显升高(P<0.05),但两组间PCT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同时期ACO患者EBC中8-sio PG、LTB4及PCT水平不同,可以作为检测ACO患者气道炎症的指标。Objective To investigate the changes and significance of differential of 8-isoprostane（8-iso PG）,leukotriene B4（ LTB4） and PCT in EBC at different stages of asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap（ ACO）.Methods 40 patients with acute exacerbation of ACO from September 2017 to December 2017 were taken as the observation group to detect differential 8-iso PG,LTB4 and PCT in EBC separately during acute exacerbation and stable stage.40 healthy subjects receiving physical examination at the same period were assigned to the control group to detect differential 8-iso PG,LTB4 and PCT in EBC.For patients with ACO,changes in differential 8-sio PG,LTB4 and PCT of EBC were compared among different stages.Results In patients with acute exacerbation of ACO,there were significant increases in 8-sio PG,LTB4 and PCT of EBC compared to those in stable ACOS（P〈0.05）.8-iso PG,LTB4 and PCT in EBC were significantly higher in stable ACO than in healthy population（P〈0.05）.However,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in PCT（ P〉0.05）.Conclusion The levels of 8-iso PG,LTB4 and PCT in EBC can reflect airway inflammation in patients with asthmachronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap,which can be used as an indicator of airway inflammation in patients with ACO.
