摘　　要：目的观察2微米(μm)激光犬前列腺及膀胱颈切除后前列腺部尿道及膀胱颈创面修复后期转化生长因子β_1(TGF-β_1)表达,初步探讨前列腺部尿道创面修复后少瘢痕愈合的可能原因。方法建立2μm激光犬前列腺及部分膀胱颈切除动物模型,于术后3、4、8及12周留取前列腺部尿道及膀胱颈创面标本,免疫组化染色方法检测两创面TGF-β_1表达。结果与术后3周相比,术后4、8及12周前列腺部尿道创面内前列腺上皮细胞及成纤维细胞(或纤维细胞)TGF-β_1表达均降低(P<0.01,P<0.05);膀胱颈创面内成纤维细胞(或纤维细胞)TGF-β_1表达无明显变化。结论与膀胱颈创面相比,前列腺部尿道创面修复后期TGF-β_1表达水平降低,可能与前列腺部尿道创面"少瘢痕"愈合有关。Objective To observe the expression of transforming growth factor β1（TGF-β1）in the two of prostate and bladder neck after resection of prostate and bladder neck in 2 micron laser,By this way,It was explored the probable causes of less scar healing after prosthetic urethral wound repair.Methods Animal model of two-micron（2μm）laser resection of prostate and bladder neck were established using healthy adult canines.Wound specimens were harvested at 3,4,8 and 12 weeksaftersurgery respectively.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detectTGF-β1 expression at two wound specimens.Results The expression of TGF-β1 in prostate epithelial cells and fibroblasts were decreased in 4,8 and 12 weeks after operation compared with 3 weeks after operation（P0.01,P0.05）.There was no significant change in the TGF-β1 expression of fibroblasts inthewound of bladder neck at 4,8 and 12 weeks compared with 3 weeks after operation.Conclusion Compared with bladder neck wound,the TGF-β1 lowerexpression level was at the later stage of urethral wound repair,which may be related to the less scar healing in the urethra of prostate.
