原发性高血压患者HCY和CysC水平与患者脉压的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性高血压患者脉压(PP)与同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、胱抑素(CysC)水平的关系。方法将170例原发性高血压患者依据血压情况分为全期高血压组(SDH)和单纯收缩期高血压组(ISH),再依据脉压大小将ISH组分为PP>90mmHg组和PP≤90mmHg组;选取80名健康人作为对照组。检测并比较各组HCY、CysC等指标水平,采用线性相关分析PP与HCY、CysC的关系。结果 SDH组、ISH组体质量指数(BMI)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、PP均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且高血压三组间BMI、LDL、PP差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);ISH组年龄明显高于SDH组(P<0.05);SDH组、ISH组HCY、CysC明显高于对照组(P<0.01),ISH组HCY明显高于SDH组(P<0.01),且PP>90mmHg组HCY明显高于PP≤90mmHg组(P<0.01),PP>90mmHg组CysC明显高于PP≤90mmHg组(P<0.01)。对照组、SDH组及PP≤90mmHg组HCY水平均与PP值线性相关且正相关(P<0.05),但PP>90mmHg组二者无明显线性相关(P>0.05);对照组CysC水平与PP值线性相关,但SDH组、PP≤90mmHg组及PP>90mmHg组CysC水平与PP值无明显线性相关性(P>0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者PP与HCY、CysC水平具有一定关系,其中PP≤90 mmHg的高血压患者PP与HCY呈正线性相关。Objective To analyze correlation between PP and HCY,CysC level of patients with essential hypertension.Methods 170 patients with essential hypertension were divided into two groups according to the blood pressure situation;The whole period hypertension（SDH）group included 80 patients,and isolated systolic hypertension（ISH）group included 90 patients,and ISH group was further divided into PP90 mmHg group and PP≤90 mmHg group.80 healthy people were selected as the control group.HCY and CysC level of all groups were detected and compared,and correlation between PP and HCY,CysC level was analyzed.Results BMI,LDL,PP of SDH,ISH group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.05）,and differences of BMI,LDL,PP among three hypertension groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.Age of ISH group was obviously higher than that of SDH group（P0.05）.HCY,CysC level of ISH group were obviously higher than those of the control group（P0.01）,and HCY level of ISH group was obviously higher than that of SDH group（P0.01）,and HCY,CysC level of PP90 mmHg group were obviously higher than those of PP≤90 mmHg（P0.01）.PP of the control group,SDH and PP≤90 mmHg was positively linearly correlative with HCY level（P0.05）,but PP of the PP90 mmHg was not significantly linearly correlative with HCY（P0.05）.PP of the control group was linearly related to CysC level,but PP of SDH group,ISH group was not linearly correlative with CysC level（P0.05）.Conclusion The pulse pressure of patients with essential hypertension has some relation with HCY,CysC level,and when PP≤90 mmHg,PP is positively linearly corelatively with HCY level.
