摘 要:为降低紫金山金铜矿铜矿区域爆堆中直径800 mm及以上的大块率,同时提高小块度矿岩占比,在铜矿区域减小爆破孔网参数,提高炸药单耗,在渣区域增大孔网,降低炸药单耗,以此在平衡炸药总用量的前提下,改善铜矿区域爆破效果。通过摄像法原理,铜矿区域按一定尺度拍摄试验爆破铲装截面,并运用Powersieve软件统计爆堆大块率,对比各爆破试验参数;渣区域由于无经济价值,采用经验公式确定参数后进行现场试验,通过爆破效果对比以确定合理参数。试验结果表明,铜矿区域孔排距为5.5 m×4.5 m,单耗为0.55 kg/m^3,大块率控制较好;渣区域孔排距为7m×6 m,单耗为0.32~0.33 kg/m^3,大块率符合生产需求,达到预期结果。In order to reduce the block rate with the diameter is larger than 800 mm of the muck-pile in the copper mining area of Zijinshan Au-Cu Mine, and improve the ratio of ore-bearing rock with small diameter, in the copper mining area, through reducing blasting network parameters, improving the unit explosive consumption. In slag zone, through increasing the blasting network and reducing unit explosive consumption, so as to improve the blasting effects in the copper mining area under the condition of balancing the total amount of explosive. Based on camera principle, in the copper mining area, according to a certain scale, the test blasting section is obtained, the block rate of muck-pile based on Powersieve software and conduct comparative and analysis of some related blasting test parameters. For lacking of economic value of the slag zone, the blasting parameters are obtained by empirical formula and field test is done, according to the blasting effects to determine the reasonable blasting parameters. The test show that in the copper mining area, the column and row interval of the blasting holes is 5.5 m×4.5 m, unit explosive consumption is 0.55 kg/m3, controlling effects of block rate is good. In the slag zone, the column and row interval of the blasting holes is 7 m×6 m, unit explosive consumption is 0.32~ 0.33 kg/m 3 ,the block rate can meet the production requirements, the expected effects is achieved.
