摘 要:卡房锡矿多层矿体上下盘均为稳定性较差的花岗岩,夹层为稳定性较好的大理岩矿体,不同的开采方式对矿体稳定性影响较大。采用3D-σ软件对卡房13-2矿体247剖面矿体的进行了6种不同方案的采场结构参数及4种回采顺序的方案模拟研究分析,得出顶板及矿柱稳定性。结果表明,13-2矿体顶板为大理岩时,可以采用空场法开采,但是采场跨度应控制在12 m以内,且矿柱尺寸不小于6 m;对于247线矿体,建议首先开采与花岗岩接触的凹兜矿,充填后利用空场法开采顶板为大理岩的夹层矿石。结果为类似矿体的开采提供了理论基础,具有一定的参考价值。The upper and lower multi-layer ore-bodies of Kafang tin mine is the granite with poor stability, the interlayer of ore-bodies is marble orebody with good stability, the influence of difference mining method to the ore-bodies can not be ignored. Based on 3D-σ software, the numerical simulations of stope structural parameters of six schemes and four stoping sequence of 247 profile ore-body of 13-2 orebody are done, so as to analyzed the stability of roof and ore pillars. The study results show that, if the stope roof is marble, the open stoping method is ideal, the stope span should be controlled within 12 m, and the ore pillar is no less than 6 m; for the line 247 orebody, it is suggested that the concave pocket orebody in contact with granite orebody should be mined firstly, then the interlayer orebody which roof is marble can be deal with open stoping method after filled. The study results can laid theoretical basis and provide reference for the mining of similar orebody.
