摘 要:攀西地区某强磁选钛粗精矿,按0.1 mm粒度分级后,+0.10 mm粒级1粗1精摇床重选抛尾可抛掉产率42.16%、TiO_2品位4.00%的合格尾矿;抛尾精矿-0.4 mm粒级经干式除铁—1粗2精电选可获得TiO_2品位47.36%、回收率25.29%的钛精矿;+0.4 mm粒级抛尾精矿、电选中矿再磨后与-0.10 mm粒级进行脱硫浮选—1粗2精闭路浮选选别,可获得TiO_2品位47.01%、回收率52.88%的浮选钛精矿,综合指标较好,实现了该钛粗精矿钛的高效富集,可作为其再选方案。When a strong magnetic separation titanium rough concentrate in Panxi area was classified according to 0.1 mm grain size,the qualified tailings with yield of 42.16%,TiO 2 grade of 4.00% could be discarded after +0.10 mm fraction one roughing-one cleaning gravity concentration discarding tailings using shaking table.The titanium concentrate with TiO 2 grade of 47.36%,recovery rate of 25.29% was obtained after -0.4 mm fraction of discarding concentrate dry iron removing and one roughing-two cleaning electric separation.When +0.4 mm fraction of discarding concentrate and electric separation middling regrinding and combined with -0.1 mm fraction,desulphurization flotation-one roughing-two cleaning closed circuit flotation was carried out,the flotation titanium concentrate with TiO 2 grade of 47.01%,recovery rate of 52.88% could be obtained.The comprehensive indexes were better and the high efficient enrichment of the titanium rough concentrate was realized,which could be used as the recommend scheme.
