摘  要:为了解决深部铜矿矿山混凝土支护被井下酸性水腐蚀破坏的问题,分析井下酸性水的来源和酸性水对混凝土支护的影响,提出添加适量粉煤灰以提高混凝土的抗酸性腐蚀能力的方法,并进行了不同粉煤灰添加量的混凝土在酸性水环境下和自来水环境下的抗腐蚀试验,测试了28 d强度,分析了混凝土强度和抗腐蚀系数。结果表明,在混凝土中添加粉煤灰能提高混凝土的抗腐蚀能力,当粉煤灰添加量为20%时,混凝土抗腐蚀性能最强。结果对酸性水条件下混凝土支护工作具有指导作用。In order to solve the problem of concrete supporting body damaged by underground acid water corrosion in deep copper mine, the underground acid water source and the influence of underground acid water to concrete supporting body are analyzed, the improvement method of corrosion resistance performance of concrete is proposed by adding appropriate coal ash, besides that, the corrosion resistance test of concrete by adding difference amounts coal ash under the conditions of acidic water environment and tap water environment are done, the concrete strength and corrosion resistance coefficient are analyzed. The study results show that the corrosion resistance performance of concrete can be improved by adding coal ash, when the coal ash content is 20%,the corrosion resistance performance is best. The above discussion results can provide technical reference for the supporting work by concrete under the acidic water condition.
