摘  要:某矿主溜井工程投产后,多次出现矿石在溜井中堵塞悬空现象,通过对矿石水分、性质、粒度及放矿机安装方式等影响因素进行分析,结合采矿方式及矿石性质,提出控制矿石水分含量及粒度大小、控制矿面高度及放矿时间、铺设废石抛尾细粒作井底垫底、改变放矿机安装位置等方面改造措施。改造后,溜井运行通畅,再未出现矿石堵塞悬空的现象,相关改造措施对类似工程具有借鉴作用。After the main chute engineering went into operation of a mine, the ores is always suspended in the chute, through the analysis of influence factors such as ore moisture, property, particle size and ore drawing installation method and so on, combing with the mining method and ore property, the corresponding improvement measures are proposed, such as controlling the water content and ore size, controlling the height of ore surface and ore drawing time, laying the fine grain of waste rock at the bottom of the well, changing the location of ore drawing machine and so on. The practice results show that the chute runs smoothly and the phenomenon of ore blocking overhang is not appeared by adopting the above measures. The above related improvement measures can provide reference for the similar engineering.
