摘　　要：为明确甘蔗常用亲本宿根黑穗病的发生情况及品种抗性,2017年对我单位海南杂交基地的401个常用亲本一年宿根的黑穗病发生情况进行初步调查和抗性评价。结果表明,有219份常用亲本材料表型为高抗(占54.6%),109份材料表现为抗病(占27.2%),51份材料表现为中抗(占12.7%),20份材料表现为感病,2个材料表现为高感;国内引进亲本对甘蔗黑穗病抗性达抗病(R)及以上抗性水平的占90.7%,抗病性表现最优,国外引进亲本和区内自育品种(系)的抗病性水平相当。该调查结果为杂交亲本的选用和新品种的推广提供依据。In order to evaluate the smut occurrence and resistance of commonly -used parents ratoon of sugarcane , preliminary survey of 401 one-year ratoon of parents was carried out at Hainan Sugarcane Crossing Station of Sugarcane Research Institute, Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2017. The results showed that the 219 parents were high resistant to smut （accounting for 54.6%）; 109 parents were resistant （accounting for 27.2%）; 51 parents were moderately resistant （accounting for 12.7%）; 20 parents were sensitive and 2 parents were high sensitivity. 90.7% of the imported parents＇ resistance to sugarcane smut reached the level of resistance and above, which was higher than that of parents from abroad or self-bred. The resistance level showed no significant differences between the parents from abroad and self -bred. The survey provides a basis for the selection of hybrid parents and the extension of new varieties.
