摘　　要：目的进一步完善医院的药品管理,满足临床工作的需要。以传统的药品管理系统为基础,开发符合中小型医院实际需要的药品信息管理网络化软件。方法依托"军字一号"系统的网络平台和数据库,采取模块化结构设计。使用Oracle数据库应用开发工具Power Builder编程设计开发。结果可动态统计和分析各类药品数据,了解药品采购和科室药品使用情况,跟踪药品使用情况和资金流动情况,生成后的数据可直接打印成制式报表,也可以将制式报表存储到本地计算机中。结论完善医院监管药品采购及流通过程,有利于医院提高药品管理水平和工作效率,为医院管理的决策者提供各种辅助决策信息,提升医院竞争力,为更好地服务患者创造有利条件。Objective In order to further improve the management of the hospital medicine,to meet the needs of clinical work. Based on the traditional medicine management system,the network software of drug information management which meets the actual needs of small and medium-sized hospitals is developed. Methods This system based on ＂No. 1 Military Medical Project＂system network structure and the database uses the modular structure design,and oracle database application development tool Power Builder to programme,design and develop. Results All kinds of data can be statistically analyzed dynamically,and comprehensive information about a drug procurement and medicine department can be acquired. It can also track drug use situation and the flow of funds,and print the generated data directly into format reports,or store to the local computer. Conclusion It is beneficial to perfect the regulation of hospital drug procurement and distribution methods,for improving hospital drug management level and work efficiency,providing all kinds of auxiliary decision-making information for hospital management decision makers,promoting the competitiveness of the hospital,and creating favorable conditions for better service to patients.
