摘　　要：目的构建一套科学、可行的血液净化专科护士岗位职责体系。方法采用德尔菲法进行两轮专家咨询。结果构建的岗位职责体系包含6项一级条目,22项二级条目,35项三级条目。两轮专家问卷有效回收率均为100.00%,权威程度系数为0.895,两轮肯德尔协调系数经检验有统计学差异(P<0.01),各条目均满足筛选标准,即结果可信。结论基于德尔菲法构建的血液净化专科护士岗位职责体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性,能够为临床上充分发挥血液净化专科护士职能作用提供理论依据。Objective To build a scientific and feasible job responsibility system of blood purification specialist nurses. Methods Delphi method was used for two rounds of expert consultations. Results The job title system consisted of six first-level,twenty-two second-level and thirty-five third-level entries. The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of expert questionnaires was 100. 00%,the degree of authority was 0. 895,and two rounds of Kendall coordination coefficient were statistically significant（P〈0. 01）. Each entry met the screening criteria,and the result was credible. Conclusion The job responsibility system of blood purification specialist nurses based on the Delphi method could provide theoretical basis for the full play of the functions of the blood purification specialist nurses.
