摘　　要：全民医保时代军队医院应把握医改形势,认真开展和实施地方医疗保险工作。阐述军队医院申请成为地方医保定点医疗机构后,做好医保工作的经验做法、管理成效和工作体会,为军队医院主动适应新形势,主动融入军民融合发展体系和社会医疗保险制度改革,提供有益的参考。The reform work in the social medical insurance should be carried out and implemented carefully in military hospitals under the universal healthcare era. The author made a concrete introduction on the practice,management effectiveness,and thoughts of a military hospital which was elected to be an appointed hospital of social medical insurance,and provided useful references for military hospitals to take initiative to adapt to the reform.
