摘　　要：项目管理作为一种优秀的企业经营管理模式,受到了越来越多的重视,如何提升物流项目的质量管理水平对战略发展有重要的作用。参考各类项目管理成熟度模型,结合物流企业项目管理的特点,给出成熟度模型各阶段的客户需求,并就客户需求的权重进行了量化。随后以质量功能展开为基础,构建了基于项目管理成熟度模型(Project Management Maturity Model,PMMM)的质量功能展开模型,将客户需求转化为项目管理可以识别的关键技术特性,通过模型的转化,发现外部资源的整合与战略融合、创新及人才建设是关键要素。最后,围绕这些关键要素,给出了一些可行的项目质量管理优化策略。As an excellent enterprise management mode,project management attracts more and more Logistics attention and how to improve the logistics enterprises Projects quality management level is important to Logistics enterprises strategic development. Firstly,the customer demand of every stage in maturity model is given by combining the characteristics of Logistics project management with PMMM by expert scoring method,and the weight of customer demand is quantized. Secondly,the quality function development model（ QFD） based on PMMM is build,the client demand of logistics enterprises projects management is transformed into technical characteristics which can be identify by project manager,the result show that integration of external resources,strategic integration,innovation and talent construction are the key elements. Finally,the optimizing policy is provided.
