摘　　要：随着国民经济和社会快速发展,危险品道路运输量、储存量、作业量不断增加,同时危险品事故频发,带来了很大的人员伤亡和财产损失。为提升我国危险品安全管理水平,对危险品安全管理的研究现状和管理政策进行分析和总结,发现了目前危险品安全管理所存在的问题,并通过建立危险品风险预警机制解决理论与实际脱节、多头监管权责不清等问题。最后针对危险品安全管理中存在的其他问题,根据理论研究、管理政策、预警机制三个方面提出建议。With the rapid development of the national economy and society,the amount of road transportation,storage and operation of dangerous goods is increasing,and the frequent accidents of dangerous goods have brought countless casualties and property losses. In order to improve the safety management level of dangerous goods in China,the current research status and management policy of dangerous goods safety management are analyzed and summarized,and the problems existing in the safety management of dangerous goods are found,and the problems such as disconnection between theory and practice,and unclear supervision and responsibility are solved by establishing risk early warning mechanism of dangerous goods. Finally,in view of the other problems in the safety management of dangerous goods,three suggestions are put forward based on theoretical research,management policy and early warning mechanism.
