摘 要:为考察主流烟气苯并芘释放量受不同卷烟制丝工艺参数[切丝宽度(X_1)、HT工作蒸汽压力(X_2)、热风温度(X_3)、热风风门开度(X_4)、筒壁温度(X_5)和筒体转速(X_6)]的影响规律,运用均匀设计法制备不同试验样品,用二次多项式逐步回归法建立模型,通过分析单因素效应、双因素效应、边际效应,并进行参数优化和试验验证,明确了卷烟6种制丝工艺参数对主流烟气苯并芘释放量的影响。结果表明,6种参数对卷烟主流烟气苯并芘释放量的影响顺序为X_3>X_1>X_5>X_6>X_4>X_2;两两因素交互作用明显的有X_3和X_5、X_4和X_6、X_5和X_6;X_3对主流烟气苯并芘的影响最显著,随X_3的增大主流烟气苯并芘释放量下降明显。A mathematical model and model analysis were applied to investigate the influence of cigarette spinning process factors on B [a]P yield in cigarette mainstream smoke, including cutting width(X1), HT working steam pressure(X2), air temperature(X3), hot air damper opening degree(X4), the temperature of the tube wall(X5) and cylinder speed(X6). The single factor effect, double factor effect and marginal effect were analyzed. The results showed that, the order of the effect of six factors on the B[a]P yield was:X3〉X1〉X5〉X6〉X4〉X2; the two obvious interacting factor pairs were :X3 and X5、 X4 and X6、X5 and X6;The most significant effect is X3 on cigarette mainstream smoke of B [a]P, and with the increase of X3,B[a]P release in mainstream smoke decreased significantly.
